According to Wu, the LayerZero cross-chain protocol Stargate DAO has released two proposals on the distribution of LayerZero tokens. The first proposal aims to distribute 10% of the shares to developers and then distribute the remaining 90%, of which 38.5% will be distributed to cross-chain users, 36.25% will be distributed to veSTG voters, 25% will be distributed to LP providers, 0.15% will be distributed to proposers, and 0.1% will be distributed to ThinkTank.

The second proposal aims to allocate 60% to cross-chain users, with 42% allocated to cross-chain users weighted by transaction volume, 18% reserved for partner agreements in the nested RFP process, 20% to veSTG holders, 10% to LP providers, and 10% to developers as recommended by LayerZero.

Currently, both proposals have passed the quorum, with 65% of the votes against the first proposal and 81% of the votes in favor of the second proposal. The voting will end on May 29. The LayerZero witch hunt is still in progress and the bounty report will be reopened on May 28.
