According to PANews, Blade Games, a blockchain game studio and infrastructure provider, has successfully raised $2.4 million in a seed funding round. The round was led jointly by PTC Crypto and IOSG Ventures, with participation from Bonfire Union Ventures, Animoca Ventures, Mantle, ForesightX, Formless Capital, Public Works, Puzzle Ventures, and K300 Ventures. The newly acquired funds will be used to drive the development and adoption of trustless blockchain games based on the WebAssembly and zkVM technology stack. Blade Games' POC game, 'Dune Factory', is set to undergo internal testing in early May, with a public beta scheduled for the end of the month.
