According to Foresight News, GadlingX, a project led by Oxford University alumni and focusing on machine learning and reinforcement learning, announced the launch of the high-performance Ethereum virtual machine GPU-EVM. The development team said that GPU-EVM can be used to train cutting-edge artificial intelligence agents based on reinforcement learning, using the parallel execution of various Ethereum applications to help train artificial intelligence agents to find security errors.

The initial phase of the GPU-EVM rollout focuses on creating hardware-scale EVM infrastructure to facilitate the training of AI and RL models. The next phase, expected within a year, will include providing API access for high-performance computing applications, with the ultimate goal of surpassing human capabilities in protecting smart contracts and decentralized applications.
