According to Odaily Planet Daily, Scroll officially announced that it plans to carry out the Bernoulli upgrade on April 29, 2024, with the goal of reducing transaction costs by 10 times, depending on the L1 Gas fee. This upgrade will introduce EIP-4844 data blobs for L1 data availability, as well as SHA2-256 precompilation support.
