According to Foresight News, Fortune magazine revealed that the decentralized AI project Bittensor has received more than $200 million in venture capital. People familiar with the matter revealed that Polychain incubated Bittensor in 2019 and held about $200 million in Bittensor tokens TAO. Dao5, an investment fund founded by Polychain alumnus Tekin Salimi, holds $50 million worth of TAO and is an early supporter of the Bittensor ecosystem. Another supporter, Digital Money Group, holds about $100 million worth of TAO, but a DCG spokesperson declined to comment.
