According to Foresight News, Oyster Labs, a Web3 mobile-first ecosystem, has announced the conclusion of the first round of pre-sales for its Universal Phone, a Web3 native smartphone designed specifically for the Telegram ecosystem. Oyster Labs has begun processing refunds for some users, with the settlement of funds expected to take between 5 to 10 days. Once the process is complete, users will receive a refund confirmation email. If users need to update or add TON wallet addresses and delivery details, they can do so without contacting the support team, by sending a form via the email used at the time of purchase.

Previously on April 8, Foresight News reported that Oyster Labs CEO Howard announced the start of the Universal Phone pre-sale at the '2024 Hong Kong Web3 Carnival'. The pre-sale price was set at $99, with a shipping fee of $30.
