According to WuSay, Sora Ventures founder Jason Fang announced that Sora Ventures is working with Metaplanet, a Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed company, to create the first "Asia Microstrategy". The product will enable Japanese with Tokyo Stock Exchange accounts to gain exposure to Bitcoin without regulatory risk and without having to pay a 55% unrealized gains tax. Jason Fang will also join Metaplanet's board of directors. Previously, Metaplanet had announced that Bitcoin would be the company's core financial asset in the future.
