According to PANews, Polygon Labs CEO Marc Boiron expressed his dissatisfaction with L3 on Twitter. He said that the existence of L3 takes away the value of Ethereum. If all L3s are concentrated on one L2, then Ethereum will basically have no value and the security of Ethereum will be at risk. Boiron also said that L3 is not needed to scale, nor will Polygon Labs develop L3.
