According to TechFlow, NVIDIA's recent financial report shows that Nvidia's fourth-quarter revenue was US$22.1 billion, exceeding the expected US$20.62 billion and increasing by 265% year-on-year.
Sales in the data center unit grew 409% to $18.4 billion in the fiscal fourth quarter, topping estimates of $16.8 billion. Data center revenue grew nearly 280% last quarter.
Q4 net profit was $12.285 billion, higher than the market expectation of $10.34 billion. Nvidia (NVDA.O) said on Wednesday that it expects quarterly revenue to increase about threefold, easily beating expectations as the company relied on huge demand for its industry-leading artificial intelligence chips, pushing its shares up 10% after hours.
