According to TechFlow, Optimism announced on X that the Span Batches developed by Test in Prod will be launched on the mainnet this week, and the fixed on-chain overhead of chain operators running any standard OP Chain will be reduced by more than 90%. Earlier news said that Test in Prod will build the OP Stack with OP Labs and Base, and will receive 5 million OPs in four years.
