According to BlockBeats, blockchain analysis company Elliptic released a report on February 14 that the blockchain gaming platform PlayDapp had 200 million PLA tokens worth $36.5 million minted by hackers on February 9. After the negotiations failed, the hackers minted another 1.59 billion PLA tokens worth $253.9 million on February 12 and began to launder money through cryptocurrency trading platforms. On February 13, PlayDapp stated on the social media platform that the PLA smart contract had been suspended.
