According to PANews, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart tweeted that WisdomTree has submitted a revised spot Bitcoin ETF prospectus (S-1 document) to the U.S. SEC. This means that Franklin is the only one left among the 12 Bitcoin spot ETF applicants who has not yet submitted a revised prospectus.
