According to the Daily Planet report, Scopescan monitoring shows that Vitalik Buterin's related address sent 200 ETH (US$320,000) to the address starting with 0x3f. Three weeks ago, he sent 350 ETH (US$560,000) to the address, which was then converted into USDC.
