According to the Daily Planet, Opside officially stated that its Alpha incentive testnet activity was officially launched at midnight on September 6, Beijing time, and is expected to end on December 31, 2023. Developers, miners, validator nodes and users can all participate and receive points in return, which will be exchanged for mainnet tokens after the Opside mainnet is launched. Opside is a ZK-RaaS platform that provides developers with the function of generating zkEVM application chains with one click. During the Alpha testnet, Opside will continue to improve its Rollup modularization and customization functions, provide more zkEVM types (zkSync, Polygon zkEVM, etc.) for developers to choose flexibly, and integrate more third-party DA and Sequencer core components. At the same time, Opside launched a more powerful decentralized prover network, including GPU version of ZK-PoW mining, which miners can participate without permission. It is reported that after this round of testnet, Opside is expected to launch the mainnet in the first half of next year.
