US President-elect Donald Trump has once again entered the NFT market, this time issuing a new series of "Trump Bitcoin Digital Trading Cards" through the Bitcoin inscription protocol Ordinals, open to users who have obtained Trump's "Mugshot" NFT claim.

The first batch of 160 NFTs came out, and users rushed to buy Ordinals limited assets.

Trump’s “Bitcoin Digital Trading Card” series was officially launched this month. The first batch of NFT trading cards contains 160 cards and is issued through the inscription protocol Ordinals. The Ordinals protocol allows users to "engrav" text, pictures, videos or other data on Satoshi, the smallest unit of Bitcoin, and these data will be stored on the Bitcoin chain. Among them, after the news of Trump’s cooperation with Ordinals came out, the ORDI token rose by 9% that day.

This time, Trump's NFT is based on specially marked Satoshis (Alpha Sats) in the Bitcoin blockchain, managed by the well-known NFT trading platform Magic Eden. The new NFT is only available to users who previously purchased the 'Trump Digital Trading Card Mugshot Special Edition', with a claiming deadline until 1/31. So far, 119 NFTs have been created, with 37 successfully minted.

In the past, Trump has launched different series of NFTs, including the America First series released last August, which included 11 different rewards, such as a chance to have dinner with Trump and receiving golden Trump-themed sneakers. Earlier Trump NFT series displayed him holding Bitcoin and dancing iconic moves, which became highly sought after by collectors.
