Don't worry about losing money!
The market is highly volatile, are you feeling anxious too, as many experts are shouting 'the wolf is coming'? Don't rush, let me say a few words to help you feel more grounded.
First, think about whether the money you invested is your lifeline? If not, and it's just temporarily not bringing you returns, then don't be too nervous. But if it is your lifeline, you need to be careful; the market doesn't care about your urgency, it only follows its own rules. If you have to take a loss now, consider it a lesson learned—don't do that next time. However, don't jump to conclusions just yet; see the words below—who says the market will definitely continue to drop?
If you're investing spare money, the situation might not be so bad. You just happened to choose a 'bad day' to enter the market. You need to understand that looking at the market shouldn't be just about the present; you need to think long-term. Those who analyze the hourly and four-hour charts daily only see part of it, not the whole picture. If you plan to hold long-term and aim to reap rewards in six months, then don't let short-term fluctuations scare you away.
On this note, you need to be psychologically prepared; the cryptocurrency market has high risks. Set a stop-loss point for yourself, and withdraw when you hit it—don't hesitate. If you didn't pick the right entry point, you will indeed take some losses, but who says you can't turn things around? You need to know that the market has its ups and downs; you may be 'diving' a bit deep now, but once the storm passes and the big fish swim away, you might just surface and make a big profit.

Personally, I believe the market isn't finished yet; those big institutions pushing for ETFs are not just playing around; they are aiming to make big money.
In short, don't be scared by short-term fluctuations; stay calm. In the long run, you still have opportunities!
