Trump plans to issue multiple executive orders within hours of inauguration
US President-elect Donald Trump plans to issue a series of executive orders within hours of his inauguration on January 20, ChainCatcher reported.
The orders, which cover issues including immigration, energy, federal workforce and regulatory reform, are intended to quickly implement his administration's policies.
Planned executive orders include tightening border crossing restrictions, completing construction of a border wall, establishing a mass deportation mechanism, and stripping federal resources from sanctuary cities.
In addition, the Trump team also plans to freeze government hiring to reduce the number of federal employees and force federal employees to return to the office to work.
