According to TechFlow, on January 9, CoinDesk reported that MANTRA Blockchain and UAE real estate developer DAMAC Group announced a partnership to tokenize at least $1 billion in assets by early 2025.

DAMAC's business covers real estate development, hotels and data centers. The company has accepted Bitcoin and Ethereum payments since 2022. Details of the tokenization project will be announced in the coming weeks.

It is worth noting that Trump recently revealed that DAMAC plans to invest $20 billion in data centers in several states in the United States. MANTRA has previously reached a $500 million asset tokenization cooperation with Dubai real estate developer MAG Group.
