According to Foresight News and reported by Cointelegraph, American tech giant Microsoft plans to invest $3 billion over the next two years to expand its cloud computing and artificial intelligence capabilities in India. This investment includes collaboration with the Indian government's AI-focused initiative INDIAai to provide AI training for 500,000 people and establish new data centers.
In addition, Microsoft has signed strategic partnerships with RailTel, Apollo Hospitals, Bajaj Finserv, Mahindra Group, and upGrad. Microsoft will also provide the benefits of the Founders Hub program, such as Azure credits, business resources, and mentoring, to up to 1,000 AI startups in India.
