Six Major Changes After Many Years: From Emotions to Willpower, Life and Market Dance Together
After years of trading, I have noticed some obvious changes in myself:
1. My emotions have become more stable; it seems that not much in the world can affect my mood. Even when there are significant losses, I can take a break for a couple of days and get back on track;
2. My willpower has improved significantly, especially in the cryptocurrency market. Facing a 24/7 market, sometimes it’s really hard to sleep when opening positions, but the fatigue from sitting in front of the computer has greatly decreased;
3. I maintain a more open-minded attitude towards the world. Society is made up of human nature, and the market is also composed of human nature. I no longer feel the need to persuade or change others when we have disagreements because I understand how the market operates, which leads to a better understanding of the different aspects of life;
4. My physical fitness is not as good as before; I haven't exercised for a long time and the time spent sitting is even longer than that of programmers, which has made me lazy to work out;
5. My material desires are very low; I don't really want much, and maintaining a simple image feels very safe;
6. My alcohol tolerance has greatly increased; I need to drink a little to help me sleep, otherwise, lying in bed my mind is racing with numbers and various shapes, making it impossible to sleep. Only alcohol allows me to sleep peacefully.
So is trading good or bad? Do those who stare at the market every day also feel the same way? In any case, my inner peace has naturally increased my success rate in trading. In trading, what is won is our human nature, not the market. The market is merely a magnifying glass reflecting our human nature.
I enjoy contracts, I like to study charts, and I share my years of experience and skills in the cryptocurrency market selflessly. I'm here in the community waiting for you, always online, welcome to discuss and improve together.
