Dragonfly Managing Partner: The crypto industry is mostly a single-player game, and venture capital is turning it into a team sport

TechFlow reported that on January 8, Haseeb, managing partner of Dragonfly, shared his insights on crypto venture capital in a podcast. "In venture capital, what you have to do is to discover outstanding talents and help them succeed. Every day, the only reason you can win is because these people, their teams and products become successful. If they fail, you lose, and that's the end. Nothing else matters."

Venture capital is a team sport. A lot of things in crypto are not actually team sports, a lot of it is a single-player game. Venture capital is a beautiful way to turn what could have been a single-player game into a multiplayer game. In some ways, I think it’s the healthiest psychological way to be involved in this disruptive and important industry. Being involved as a team and helping other people every day is really good for you.”
