On January 8, news emerged that multiple companies, including Ripple, Robinhood, and a16z, are hiring for various crypto-related positions in the United States. Since last October, Ripple has added nearly 12 positions to its U.S. team. Robinhood is searching for a compliance officer, content manager, and web developers for its cryptocurrency division. a16z plans to add two cryptocurrency event managers in San Francisco and New York.

Additionally, blockchain company Consensys, the developer of the MetaMask wallet and L2 network Linea, is also hiring for 9 key strategic positions in the U.S. Consensys' interim Chief Talent Officer Leona Semmens stated that these new positions will support the company's expansion in crypto payments, developer tools, and decentralized identity services.
