2025/1/7 Waking up feels great.

Today’s trading capital is 1365, the 6th trade, long on ADA. The program automatically took profit in the middle of the night, and we are still 5-20U away from the target value for this trade. The next task for the position will be much easier.

My daily routine is now very regular: sleep at 12 AM on the dot, alarm at 9 AM. Far from the previous day-and-night confusion. Very good.

Sincere advice for followers:

1. My goal is very clear; I am here to make profits, not to play around. This market is not so easy to play with. I won’t always have positions, watching the market. If you want to play, we can wait until we make profits to go play elsewhere. My automated trading does not run day and night; it will stop after reaching automatic take profit. I believe that running positions continuously carries greater risks, and drawdowns are inevitable. We don’t need to bear this risk. The so-called quantitative trading robots on the market, I won’t evaluate whether they are good or not right now. 1. They must be very expensive, typically billed annually for custody, such as 8800 a year, 9999 a year, etc. 2. To make profits, large funds must enter; small funds cannot bear the expensive fees. 3. Annual returns won’t be very high; at most, it can reach 30-150%, which is actually very low in the crypto space. 4. How safe is it? I have doubts. My belief is that having positions means there is risk. Continuous operation must have ups and downs; the arbitrage gained is not as substantial as it seems. Additionally, with many choices of cryptocurrencies, risks increase; a black swan event for a coin is not a small probability.

2. As the capital increases, I will be more cautious with positions. I am very serious and do not want followers to lose money.

3. Always set a fixed ratio for following trades; adjusting positions is necessary to maintain consistency, and the cost price must remain consistent.

4. What is needed next is patience, patience, patience. Don’t keep entering and exiting, without discipline, patience, and self-control, you won’t make money in this market. Always remember the goal: we are here to make money, not to play.
