The vast majority of these bills will be based on the SBR (Strategic Bitcoin Reserve) model proposed by the Satoshi Action Fund. Previously, Porter indicated that the 14th state in the U.S. is now ready to introduce 'Strategic Bitcoin Reserve' legislation.
