PANews reported on January 6, according to Decrypt, that the meme coin issuance platform Pump.fun accounted for over 70% of the token issuance on the Solana network in the past two days and contributed more than 56% of the decentralized exchange trading activity. In just the past 24 hours, Pump.fun issued over 45,000 tokens, bringing its total issuance for the year to over 5.5 million.
Although only 0.0085% of its issued tokens have a market value exceeding $1 million, the platform still stands out with significant revenue performance, reaching $79.94 million in December, surpassing mainnets like Tron and Bitcoin.
