The MFSA’s approval is for a class 3 Virtual Financial Assets Act (VFAA) licence to provide Virtual Financial Asset (VFA) services. This allows Socios to operate as a regulated Virtual Financial Asset service provider, enabling it, amongst other services, to engage in the placement of virtual financial assets.
