ChainCatcher news, according to Yonhap News Agency, on the 6th local time, the legal representatives of South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol reported to the prosecution about the detention of President Yoon Suk-yeol by the Office of the Senior Public Officials Crime Investigation (the Public Investigation Office), including its director, Woo Dong-yun, and 10 others.
It was reported that the legal representatives submitted the complaint to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office that morning. The individuals reported include Woo Dong-yun, the Deputy Chief of the National Police Agency (acting chief), Lee Ho-young, and the Deputy Minister of National Defense (acting minister), Kim Sun-ho, among others. The legal representatives claim that the Public Investigation Office does not have the authority to direct the police in handling cases; however, recently, they attempted to instruct the special investigation team of the National Police Agency to detain and search Yoon Suk-yeol, which constitutes illegal action.
