BitFuFu, the cloud Bitcoin mining platform, has just signed a two-year agreement with Bitmain to purchase up to 80,000 S-series mining machines. 🤝

The agreement includes the latest S21 XP and S21 Pro models, marking a significant expansion for BitFuFu's operations. The company can purchase the mining machines in phases, allowing for flexible adjustments based on market conditions and operational demand.

BitFuFu will use the new hardware to support self-mining operations and expand its service portfolio, including reselling mining machines, cloud mining, and hosting services. 🏗️

This agreement also allows BitFuFu to pay part of the amount with shares and defer part of the cash payment without interest, maintaining liquidity while driving growth objectives.
