My experience based on the recommendations of brother Yasser:
I bought in ata when the price was 0.17 and there were some gains but I got out then it flew towards 0.2 then it fell then there was a recommendation in pha so I went there and pha fell as you know and suddenly ata moved towards 0.24 then I got out of pha and returned to ata so pha rose like a rocket and now ata is falling
The lesson is:
Be patient like a man and don't jump like a monkey!
