Eric Balchunas, a senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, recently shared that 2025 has started quite favorably for Bitcoin, as this cryptocurrency has surpassed many other assets. He noted that the world's largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization is among the group of best-performing assets as 2025 has just begun.

Specifically, 'digital gold' stands alongside the gold mining, uranium, and hallucinogen industries in the list of the best-performing assets. According to his tweet, the poorest-performing assets to date include China, treasury bonds, and lithium.

Kiyosaki adjusts his prediction for the price of Bitcoin for 2025

Robert Kiyosaki, an investor and author known for the bestselling book 'Rich Dad Poor Dad', has also recently adjusted his prediction for the price of Bitcoin in 2025. Previously, in December last year, Kiyosaki tweeted twice about the expectation that Bitcoin would reach a price of up to $350,000 by 2025. He explained that the main reason for this growth is that the U.S. currently has a president who supports cryptocurrencies, who has committed to passing laws that support Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, while creating a strategic Bitcoin reserve for the country throughout his term.

Additionally, throughout 2024 and earlier, Kiyosaki has frequently criticized the national debt situation of the United States and the government's excessive spending, while pointing out that the U.S. Federal Reserve has printed billions of dollars without supporting assets, diminishing the value of the dollar and its purchasing power.

After raising his prediction to $350,000, Kiyosaki adjusted his outlook on Bitcoin's price in a tweet on January 2nd. This time, he believes the price of Bitcoin will rise to at least $175,000 by 2025 before it may continue to increase to the level he previously predicted of $350,000.

As of January 1st, the price of Bitcoin has impressively increased by 4.86%, recovering from a local bottom of around $93,000 and is currently trading around $97,900 at the time of writing. Experts are currently optimistic about Bitcoin in 2025, hoping the price will continue to rise and may reach $108,000, and potentially exceed this level soon.
