Follow the natural laws of spring growth, summer flourishing, autumn harvest, and winter storage. 7. Refuse chilled drinks, avoid cold beverages, only drink warm water. 8. Have a good breakfast, a filling lunch, and a light dinner. 9. Reduce leftover dishes; cook in appropriate amounts and advocate for finishing your meal. 10. Avoid morning alcohol and late tea; develop a good routine.
