It is better to transfer from WEB3 to SPOT since they wanted to scam you.

$BIO Please help me, I deposited bio when it was still in launchpool, it gave me the address and I transferred almost 1000 dollars in eth to bio, I did everything within binance, according to me when starting bio, they would give me that equivalent in bio token, but some time has passed and it is still in eth, should I leave it like that and it will do the conversion at some point, or should I sell that erh and buy bio?
Please someone with experience in that case
