Odaily Planet Daily reported that Dennis Porter, founder of the Satoshi Action Fund, stated on X that Swiss legislator Samuel Kullmann is pushing to include Bitcoin in the Swiss Constitution. This effort essentially requires collecting 100,000 signatures within 18 months to force a vote in the states on making Bitcoin part of the Swiss Constitution. He added, 'This will require a lot of work; I know this is a long-term goal, but we need to challenge the endpoint now while there is motivation.' Previously, it was reported that the Swiss federal government has officially begun reviewing a national referendum proposal called 'Building a Financially Robust and Responsible Switzerland (Bitcoin Initiative).' The proposal has been published in the Federal Gazette and is now in the signature collection phase, aiming to include Bitcoin in the Swiss national financial system through a constitutional amendment.
