Cryptocurrency crash at the end of the year
Bitcoin, the most prominent cryptocurrency, has seen its value fall from around $108,000 in mid-December to around $91,687. The drop came amid rumors that fund managers were working to keep the value down.
It is important to note that the “Christmas hangover” was not limited to the cryptocurrency market. The S&P 500 index, for example, which tracks the growth of the 500 largest companies in the United States, has also fallen by 2.83% since December 17. Shares of companies such as Amazon and Tesla have fallen by 5.17% and 13%, respectively.$SHIB
