(ii) Sold approximately 6.3 million units of USDT, with an average price of $1 per unit, at a total value of approximately $6.3 million (excluding transaction costs), all USDT sold under the sale were used to convert into Bitcoin equivalent to the purchase under the Bitcoin purchase.
