The NFT market closed out 2024 with a strong performance, with full-year sales reaching $8.83 billion, an increase of $100 million, or 1.1%, from last year. 📈

Ethereum continues to lead the NFT sales charts with total sales of $44.9 billion. Solana and Bitcoin followed closely with $6.1 billion and $4.9 billion, respectively. 🔗

In December, NFT sales were $877 million, making it the fifth best performing month in 2024, with the Ethereum series contributing the most sales at $482 million. 🔥

Despite the increase in sales this year, they are still lower than the peaks of 2021 and 2022, 43.9% and 62.8% lower than 2021 and 2022, respectively. 📉
