The company confirmed the issue on December 30, stating that the vulnerability stemmed from an application log processing error, which led to user private keys being recorded and potentially accessible to the support team.

Although Tangem promptly fixed and deleted all related logs, users expressed dissatisfaction with the company's response, feeling that it failed to address the issue properly. Tangem stated that this vulnerability only affected a small number of users and had proactively contacted those affected. All users are advised to update the application immediately to avoid potential mnemonic phrase leaks.
