Price-Volume Relationship:
️⃣ If the trading volume decreases and the price continues to fall, it may keep falling. Conversely, if the trading volume is low but the price is rising, it is likely to continue rising.
️⃣ When the trading volume suddenly increases and the price is rising, be cautious, as the price may likely drop back down afterward. Conversely, if the trading volume increases but the price drops significantly, a rebound may follow.
️⃣ A decrease in price with low trading volume may indicate that the price is about to hit the bottom. On the other hand, if there is considerable trading volume but the price does not rise, it may indicate that the price is nearing its peak.
️⃣ A significant increase in trading volume may signal that the price has reached its peak, while low trading volume may suggest that the price has hit the bottom. Particularly, when trading volume is very low and the price is still falling, a large increase may likely follow.
️⃣ If the trading volume increases but the price starts to fall from its peak, the market adjustment may last for a while. Additionally, if the subsequent trading volume exceeds the previous trading volume, the price is likely to rise as well.
