👽 Scammers steal cryptocurrency through invitations to fake Zoom video conferences
This was warned by SlowMist analysts.
🫥 Hackers disguise a link as a regular Zoom invitation, which causes malware to be downloaded and launched.
It collects system information, browser data, Telegram, cookies, seed phrases, and keys to crypto wallets. This information is then transmitted to the hackers' servers.
💬 Several reports of such attacks have already been received. During one of them, millions of dollars worth of cryptocurrency were stolen.
