Drop, below 1?

The $USUAL contract has been providing fuel. At first I thought the reason why it couldn't go up was because it was unlocked and released every day. I just checked and found that the real reason was still from the contract. The long and short positions exploded. At present, the longs are willing to provide more fuel. No wonder the dealer is unwilling to pull up.
