Promotion A: subscribe to BNB Locked products and increase your BNB score to win a share of 273,000 OM and 50,000 USDC
Eligible users must subscribe a minimum of 0.5 BNB to BNB Locked products to participate in Promotion A. Users can achieve a higher total BNB score by subscribing larger amounts of BNB, if they subscribe BNB for longer terms (e.g., 120 days), if they subscribe as early as possible during the promotional period, and if they activate the Automatic Subscription feature.
Eligible users will be ranked by their total BNB scores on the leaderboard and will receive rewards according to the following table:
Reward Structure:
Reward calculation: mechanism based on the score in BNB Locked products
The total BNB score will be calculated as follows:
Total BNB score = amount subscribed to BNB Locked products × Locking Term multiplier × Promotional Period multiplier × Automatic Subscription multiplier
Scoring System:
Amount subscribed to BNB Locked products: the total BNB amount subscribed to the Locked products during the promotional period. If a BNB Locked product position is refunded during the promotional period, the amount subscribed in that position will be negative and the BNB score will be lower.
Automatically subscribed positions that renew during the promotional period will count towards the total BNB score.
Existing BNB Locked product positions that expire during the promotional period while Automatic Subscription remains disabled will not affect the total BNB score.
Locking Term multiplier: a multiplier based on the duration of the locking term of the product (e.g., 120 days). Longer terms will have higher multipliers.
Promotional Period multiplier: a multiplier based on the number of days remaining until the last day of the promotion when the subscription or refund is made. The promotion lasts 20 days, from December 24, 2024, at 00:00 (UTC) to January 12, 2025, at 23:59 (UTC). Longer subscription periods will have higher multipliers. If a BNB Locked product position is refunded early, it may be counted negatively, depending on how much earlier the refund is made and a penalty and reduction of the total BNB score may apply.
Automatic Subscription multiplier: refers to the Automatic Subscription feature for BNB Locked products. Users can check these FAQs for more information on how to activate this feature. Users who activate the Automatic Subscription feature before January 12, 2025, at 23:59 (UTC), will receive a multiplier of 1x and users who do not activate it will receive a multiplier of 0.5x. Early refund of all positions, regardless of whether or not the Automatic Subscription is activated during the promotional period, will still be calculated as a 1x multiplier.
Examples of how the total BNB score is calculated:
Promotion B: subscribe to BNB Locked products to be able to win 50,000 USD in USDC token coupons (equivalent value of a high-end electric vehicle)
Eligible users who subscribe to BNB Locked products and maintain a minimum of 3 BNB with the Automatic Subscription feature activated before January 12, 2025, at 23:59 (UTC) will qualify to participate in Promotion B. On January 14, 2025, at 23:59 (UTC), we will use the hash value of BNB Smart Chain to automatically select the user with the most consecutive digits in their UID to be the winner. The winning user will receive 50,000 USD in USDC token coupons, equivalent to the value of a high-end electric vehicle.

About BNB Locked products in Simple Earn:
Simple Earn Locked products allow users to earn higher daily rewards by depositing their digital assets in different locking terms.
Users can subscribe to BNB Locked products with their BNB assets at any time to earn the following rewards:
Launchpool rewards (if applicable)
BNB rewards (see latest APR rate)
Megadrop rewards (if applicable)
HODLer Airdrops (if applicable)
Only users in eligible countries or regions will automatically receive Megadrop rewards, HODLer Airdrops, or Launchpool for their positions in BNB Locked products.
Users do not need to manually refund BNB in Locked products to participate in Launchpools.
The calculation of rewards for Launchpools is the same, regardless of whether users subscribe to BNB Locked products or stake BNB directly in Launchpools.
When multiple Launchpool projects are running simultaneously, users' BNB in Locked products will be automatically allocated equally to each Launchpool project the user may opt for.

Terms and Conditions:
In these promotions, only users who complete identity verification and confirm their participation during the validity period can qualify for rewards.

In this promotion, none of the sub-accounts will be considered as independent accounts. The subscription amount of the sub-accounts will be combined with the standard subscription amount of the main account.
The rewards for this campaign are contributions that the corresponding protocol team makes to Binance for the express purpose of facilitating promotional activities.
Distribution of rewards:
The rewards in OM and USDC tokens will be airdropped to eligible users before February 20, 2025, at 23:59 (UTC), unless Binance indicates otherwise. Users will find their rewards in Profile > Assets > Spot wallet. The transaction of the rewards can be checked in Wallet > Transaction History > Spot > Distribution.
The OM/USD exchange rate of December 10, 2024, approximately 3.48 USD, will be used to calculate the total rewards in USD.
Binance will use 50,000 USD as the estimated value of a high-end electric vehicle, calculated on December 10, 2024. The winner will receive an equivalent amount in a USDC token coupon. The reward does not include taxes, shipping fees, or any additional charges.
The winner of the 50,000 USD in tokens (equivalent to a high-end electric vehicle) will be announced on social media with a masked UID on January 31, 2025. The rewards will be distributed in the form of USDC token coupons.
Token coupons are subject to additional terms and conditions. All distributed token coupons will expire within 14 days following their distribution. Eligible users must claim the rewards from their coupon before the expiration date. Learn how to redeem a token coupon.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify, at its reasonable discretion, any participant who acts fraudulently or fails to comply with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Binance reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion or the Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
Users can view their Simple Earn Locked product assets through Wallets > Earn.
Users can activate the "Automatic Subscription" feature before completing subscriptions to BNB Locked products. This feature will automatically renew current Locked product positions with a new position of the same duration once the previous position expires.
Unlocking period for Locked products: one day.
About early refunds for Simple Earn Locked products: users can request an early refund of their assets. After choosing this option, the digital assets will be returned to the Spot account, and users will not be entitled to any rewards. Distributed rewards (whether accrued or not) will be deducted from the refunded capital. Receipt of the digital assets may take 48 to 72 hours.
