Odaily Planet Daily reported that the administrator of Khao Kheow Zoo in Thailand, MOODENG, stated that Vitalik Buterin donated funds to support the operation of Khao Kheow Zoo, wildlife funding programs, and to develop a dedicated exhibition area for Moo Deng and its family. The donation will be made in two installments, with each donation amounting to 5,000,000 Thai Baht, totaling 10,000,000 Thai Baht (approximately 292,230 USD). The first donation will be completed on December 26, 2024. The date of the second donation and any additional donation amounts will be announced later, but no later than December 26, 2025.
