According to Foresight News, the stablecoin infrastructure company WSPN (Worldwide Stablecoin Payment Network) has appointed Jeff Wong as an independent director, leveraging his expertise in innovation management and emerging technologies to help accelerate the company's global market expansion. Jeff Wong has over 25 years of experience in technology innovation and corporate transformation, having served as EY's Global Chief Innovation Officer from 2015 to 2024, leading the company's global innovation initiatives and establishing advanced technology labs focused on areas such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, quantum computing, and Web3.
Before joining EY, he held leadership positions at eBay and JPMorgan Chase Partner Company, and currently serves as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a member of the Forbes Technology Council, and the founding chairman of the Asia Society’s Technology and Innovation Committee. He has also been a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Innovation Ecosystem Future Council and has received significant awards such as '50 Outstanding Asian American Business People.'
