The Constitutional Court of Montenegro has rejected the appeal of Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, related to the collapse of TerraUSD (UST) and Luna. Kwon challenged the extradition decision, but the court unanimously upheld the earlier ruling. ⚖️

According to a report from 'Korea JoongAng Daily', Justice Minister Bojan Božović will decide whether Kwon will be tried in South Korea or the U.S. Both countries have accused him of financial crimes, including fraud and market manipulation.

With this decision, Kwon's legal options are narrowing, and he is likely to be extradited to the U.S.
