For example, tonight, first:
1. Open a long position to hedge, first ensure that there is no liquidation
2. Continue to arbitrage on the long side, sell it if it rises, buy it immediately if it is low, and buy it again if it rises
3. Always sell and buy only up to 70% of the position to ensure that there is no liquidation.
Repeat 23 until the arbitrage is completed or the dealer's volume fluctuations weaken.

When there is a unilateral trend of rising or falling (for example, after the chaos of slaughtering the air force tonight, there is a unilateral fall), you must start to reduce your long positions layer by layer, and this process will definitely give back profits. For example, I took a high position to take a volatility arbitrage of 150u, reduced my long positions and gave back 70u, and finally hedged to protect my principal + profit 70u. This is very normal, no one can keep the profit 100%. Finally, make sure that the unilateral decline or rise reaches a price that you can accept, and close the other side, such as closing short or long. Hedging does not necessarily lose money, and the world lock is not unsolvable, otherwise why can those more nb hedge fund masters have stable returns. Ordinary people will definitely make mistakes in decision-making, which is too normal. The only thing we can do is to ensure that the principal is not lost as much as possible.
