NEURO
Neiro on Ethereum (NEIRO) will use ChainLink’s cross-chain technology to deploy to other networks. Initially, NEIRO will have official cross-chain versions on Ethereum and Base.
Neiro on Ethereum (NEIRO), one of the widely distributed tokens, with ChainLink (LINK) for its multi-chain existence.
ChainLink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) replaces bridges, one of the most risky smart tracs. Neiro on Ethereum follows Ronin’s example, which will also replace its main bridge with CCIP.
Neiro has now upgraded to @chainlink for cross-chain interoperability across @base and @ethereum!
By upgrading NEIRO to the Cross-Chain Token (CCT) standard via Chainlink CCIP, we can expand our reach across the multi-chain ecosystem. https://t.co/EJGnh50O86pic.twitter.com/0LG7Or898N

ChainLink will provide reliable oracle information for on-chain trading of NEIRO. The asset will now build a presence on both Ethereum and Base, reaching a wider user base. With this move, NEIRO will compete with other versions of it, such as community-owned NEIRO.
For CCIP, the underlying blockchain is the main source code for fees. CCIP also connects to the L2 masternode on Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Optimism, as well as other L1 protocols, BSC, and Avalanche. CCIP is making one of its first forays into tokens, which are typically only recreated on a new chain, or linked through an existing smart trac.
However, NEIRO on Ethereum will have to compete with a total of seven existing base coins with a similar ticker. The token has a setup that could allow it to pull off a breakout, but it could face headwinds in the meme space.
NEIRO on Ethereum is rebuilding its appeal, with some whales completely unloading their investments in November.
The token retains its usual set of owners, and is spread across 21,352 wallets. With this number, NEIRO lags behind other memes, which have gathered larger user bases much faster. However, NEIRO has had more time to establish its brand and liquidity, raising hopes that it could become a long-lasting meme.
The competing token, NEIRO, still has over 21,000 holders, as well as a spot pair on Binance. The asset runs strictly on Ethereum, though it now relies on Binance for over 30% of its trading activity.
Currently, NEIRO has taken a more organized path, although it still requires long-term maintenance from its community. Hacking NEIRO has become more difficult due to the confusion and lack of recognition of this token.
The NEIRO community on Ethereum has also weighed in on the coin, as they begin to lose patience with absorbing losses while watching other tokens. NEIRO on Ethereum is not yet a cult, though it is focused on holding it for the long term.
