Western Market Investor Activity Weakens Ahead of Holidays
Western market investors are gearing up for the holidays, leading to lower activity and reduced volatility in altcoins.
Bitcoin remains at $95,900, but altcoins have started to fall again after their morning gains. Ethereum dropped to $3,330, while XRP and BNB fell to $2.22 and $674.29, respectively.

The long-term trend of cryptocurrency accumulation still dominates the market. This is confirmed by the growing number of holders of the four leading coins.
Over the past two years, the number of non-zero addresses on the Bitcoin network has increased by 27%, reaching 54.7 million. The number of wallets with a balance in Ethereum has grown by 47%, to 134.9 million, and in XRP - by 28%, to 5.75 million. USDT also showed a 66% increase in the number of holders, reaching 6.57 million since 2022.
