On-chain monitoring data shows that the multi-signature address 0xAc2...DC739 received a transfer of 26 million ARB from the Arbitrum DAO Treasury four hours ago, valued at $21.06 million. This transfer significantly increased the holdings of that address, which had previously received 4 million ARB a month ago, of which 1.75 million have been deposited to Coinbase, attracting high attention from the market.
