Interpol has issued a “Red Notice” for Finland for Richard James Schueler (known as Richard Heart), the founder of Hex and PulseChain.
A Red Notice is an official warning to Interpol member countries that a valid national arrest warrant has been issued for a specific person. If the suspect is caught in another country, it will initiate the extradition process.
In that case, Finland issued an arrest warrant for Schueler on charges of fraud worth “hundreds of millions of euros” and assault on a 16-year-old. Schueler was added to a list of “most wanted criminals” run by the European Union’s law enforcement agency Europol.
"Schueler failed to file business tax returns for several years and left information on his previously completed tax returns regarding his personal income incomplete. The total amount of tax evaded is estimated to be in the hundreds of millions of euros," Europol's website states.
Schueler is also accused of assaulting a 16-year-old. Schueler allegedly grabbed the teen's hair, dragged her into a stairwell, knocked her to the ground and then punched her four or five times in the face, nose, eye and head.
Mysterious statement from Schueler
Richard Schueler made a statement on X Saturday night that may have referenced the Red Notice news. He wrote:
“I have been preparing for the future my whole life. I have predicted and created the future. I have never been more confident and I am very excited about the future. I think the honorable judge will make his decision on my case against the SEC soon. Donald Trump will be president again soon. PulseX, PulseChain, HEX and INC are doing great. Some people are angry but other than that there is nothing they can do but be angry.”
