At Binance, we regularly review every digital asset we list to ensure it continues to meet our high standards and industry requirements. When we find that a coin or token no longer meets these standards or is not keeping up with industry changes, we conduct a deeper review and may remove it. Our priority is to ensure the best services and protections for our users while continuing to adapt to evolving market dynamics.
When we conduct these reviews, we consider a variety of factors. Here are some of the factors that help us make the decision to remove a digital asset:

Level and type of development activity
Trading Volume and Liquidity
Network stability and security against attacks
Network Stability / Smart Contracts
General communication level
Responding to our periodic due diligence requests
Evidence of any unethical/fraudulent behaviour or negligence

Contributing to a healthy and sustainable cryptocurrency ecosystem
In light of our latest review, we have decided to delete all spot trading pairs for the following tokens and stop trading on them as of 2024-12-25 at 03:00 (UTC):
Kaon (AKRO) formerly known as Akropolis
Bluzelle (BLZ)
WazirX (WRX)
please note:
Trading pairs that will be specifically removed: AKRO/USDT, BLZ/BTC, BLZ/USDT, WRX/USDT
All trading orders will be automatically removed after trading is stopped on each of the trading pairs involved.
The token value will not be displayed in your wallet after removal. To view your assets after trading is suspended, please ensure that the option "Hide small balances" is not selected in all your wallets.
These tokens will not be credited to your account if you deposit them after 2024-12-26 03:00 (UTC).
Binance will stop supporting withdrawals of these coins and tokens after 2025-02-25 03:00 (UTC).
Delisted tokens may be converted to stablecoins on behalf of users after 2025-02-26 03:00 (UTC). Please note that the conversion of delisted tokens to stablecoins is not guaranteed. A separate notification will be sent before the conversion is executed, and stablecoins will be added to users' Binance accounts after the conversion is made.
Binance Futures will close all trades and auto-settlement on the BLZUSDT USDⓈ-M perpetual contract at 2024-12-23 09:00 (UTC). Contracts will be deleted after settlement is completed. Users are advised to close any open trades before the deletion date to avoid auto-settlement. Users are not allowed to open new trades on the above contracts starting from 2024-12-23 08:30 (UTC). To protect users and prevent potential risks in extreme market volatility, Binance Futures may take additional precautionary measures for the BLZUSDT USDⓈ-M perpetual contract without further announcement, including, for example, adjusting the maximum leverage value, trade value, and margin trading coverage at each margin trading level, updating financing rates, such as interest rate, price, and maximum financing rate, changing the price index components, and using the last price protection mechanism to update the fair price.
On 2024-12-23 09:00 (UTC), the Binance Funding Rate Arbitrage Bot will close all arbitrage strategies and auto-settlement BLZUSDT. The trading pair will no longer be available to open new arbitrage strategies upon deletion.
Binance Simple Earn will delist the above tokens after 2024-12-24 03:00 (UTC). Users can choose to redeem their trades from flexible products in advance, otherwise trades from these flexible products will be automatically redeemed at the above-mentioned time and will then be transferred to users’ spot wallets, along with any accrued rewards.
On 2024-12-23 02:00 (UTC), all WRX trades on Binance Loans (Flexible Rates) and AKRO, BLZ, and WRX trades on VIP Loans for loans payable to the above tokens as lendable tokens and collateral tokens will be closed. Users are strongly advised to repay their outstanding loans before 2024-12-23 02:00 (UTC) to avoid any potential losses, where applicable.
Binance will delist AKRO, BLZ, and WRX from its cross-exchange and segregated margin trading platforms on 2024-12-23 10:00 (UTC). The cross-exchange and segregated margin trading pairs AKRO/USDT, BLZ/BTC, BLZ/USDT, and WRX/USDT will be delisted from the margin trading platform. As of now, users will not be able to transfer any amount of the above-mentioned token assets via manual transfers and automatic transfer mode of the cross-exchange and segregated margin trading to their margin trading accounts. If users have any outstanding liabilities of the token, they can manually transfer up to an amount equal to those liabilities of that token to their margin trading accounts, minus the amount of any collateral already available.
On 2024-12-18 15:00 (UTC), Binance Margin will suspend Isolated Margin Borrowing on the above Isolated Margin pairs. On 2024-12-23 10:00 (UTC), Binance Margin will close users’ trades, perform automatic settlement, and cancel all pending orders on the above Isolated Margin pairs. These pairs will be removed from Isolated Margin Trading.
On 2024-12-18 15:00 (UTC), Binance will suspend the cross-borrowing of the above-mentioned tokens. On 2024-12-23 10:00 (UTC), if users have collateral and obligations on the above-mentioned tokens, the collateral will be used to settle the relevant obligations. If there is any remaining collateral or obligation on the above-mentioned tokens, one of the following two options will be implemented:
If users hold the above tokens in escrow:
If the CML is higher than 2, the above tokens will be transferred to users' spot wallets, until the CML reaches 2. The entire remaining token balance will then be sold and removed from their CML accounts.
If the Collateral Leveraged Trading Level (CML) is less than 2, the entire remaining token balance will be sold and removed from users' CML accounts.
If users own the above tokens as commitments:
If the CML is higher than 2, pending orders will not be affected.
If the CML is less than 2, all pending orders in their CML accounts will be cancelled.
The system will then sell other collateral tokens to purchase and pay off the token obligations that will be fully removed.
Please note that users will not be able to update their trades during the deletion process, and we strongly recommend that users close their trades and/or transfer their assets from virtual trading wallets to spot wallets before virtual trading is stopped on 2024-12-23 10:00 (UTC). Binance will not be responsible for any potential losses.
Users of the Portfolio Margin Trading Program are advised to transfer the above-mentioned tokens from the Margin Trading Wallet to their Spot Wallet and top up their Margin Trading Balance, before 2024-12-23 10:00 (UTC) where applicable. Users should closely monitor the Unified Margin Trading Coverage Ratio (uniMMR) to avoid any potential liquidations that could result from the removal of the above-mentioned tokens from the Margin Trading Wallet.
All AKRO, BLZ, and WRX balances in the mutual fund trading wallet under the investment portfolio's virtual trading account will be automatically converted to USDT starting from 2024-12-23 at 10:00 (UTC). The conversion process may take approximately 24 hours or longer. Binance Virtual Trading will not be responsible for any losses on new trades during this period that occur as a result of the funds conversion. Please refer to these FAQs for more information.
The sell function on Binance Convert will remain available for the above tokens and all their corresponding trading pairs from 2024-12-23 03:00 (UTC) to 2024-12-25 02:00 (UTC). Binance Convert will subsequently delete the above tokens and all their corresponding trading pairs on 2024-12-25 02:00 (UTC).
The Low Value Asset Transfer feature will delist the above tokens on 2024-12-22 02:00 (UTC). Users can choose to transfer low value assets before that.
Binance Auto-Invest will delete the above tokens after 2024-12-20 03:00 (UTC). Users can choose to delete the plans in advance. Otherwise, the next iteration cycle of the above tokens will fail.
Binance cryptocurrency exchange will delist the above tokens at 2024-12-19 03:00 (UTC)
The above tokens will be removed from Binance Gift Cards on 2024-12-25 03:00 (UTC). We recommend users to handle gift cards with these tokens to avoid any inconvenience.
Binance Pay will delist the above tokens on 2024-12-23 03:00 (UTC).
Binance will terminate trading bot services for the above-mentioned spot trading pairs on 2024-12-25 03:00 (UTC), where applicable. Users are strongly advised to update and/or cancel their trading bots before the trading bot services are terminated to avoid any potential losses.
The above spot pairs will be removed from the Binance Spot Copy Trading platform on 2024-12-24 03:00 (UTC) - after this, any outstanding spot pairs will be transferred to the Spot Wallet. Users are strongly advised to update or cancel their Spot Copy Trading portfolios before 2024-12-24 03:00 (UTC) to avoid potential losses.
